What You Need to Know
The Green Man Porter is a traditional British dark brew that while has rich body, it’s still quite easy to drink. So how was it? Let’s get to the review.
Appearance
The Porter pours a mahogany hue that bleeds to a chestnut brown at the edges of the glass. It is topped by an inch-thick head of tan foam that persists briefly.
Aroma
The aromatics are warm and inviting with chocolaty malt and roast.
Flavor
Its taste follows the nose, offering a mild coffee roast, bittered gently with hops, and then finishing sweetly with chocolate.

Overall
The Green Man Porter is quite easy to tilt back and thoroughly enjoyable. And as an English Porter, it’s a wonderful representation of the style.
