Gordon Biersch Brewing Company is an American brewery founded by Dan Gordon and Dean Biersch. The pair founded their first brewpub in 1988 and was subsequently sold while a production facility was built in San Jose, California. Although the brewery recreates old world authentic recipes, they use modern day techniques and technology.
