Frederick Miller settled in Milwaukee in 1855 with a special brewer’s yeast and an ambition to brew “confoundedly good beers.” For 160 years, Miller Brewing Company has done just that. From the introduction of Miller High Life in 1903, to the debut of the Original Light Beer with Miller Lite, Miller Brewing Company has been a leader in the brewing industry throughout its proud history. Hop Valley Brewing Company

Founded in 2009, Hop Valley Brewing is best known for bitter brews like Alphadelic IPA, Citrus Mistress IPA and Alpha Centauri Binary IPA. The company has grown considerably since embarking on a significant brewery expansion in 2013, when it produced just 6,700 barrels. After moving production from its comparatively tiny 15-barrel brewpub in Springfield, Ore. to a new 60-barrel brewhouse in Eugene, Ore., Hop Valley grew production to 38,500 barrels in 2015, according to Brewers Association records.
