Founded in 1993, the Fish Tale Brewpub, the flagship of Fish Brewing Company, is the oldest brewpub in Olympia, Washington, and home to Fish Tale Organic Ales. The brewery started its humble beginnings across the street in what is now the Fish Tale Brewpub. We quickly outgrew the space and in 1996 moved across to our current location.
