Sunshine City IPA is an American IPA brewed by Green Bench Brewing Co., and for the purposes of this craft beer review, the IPA was served in a tulip pint glass from a can.

Appearance

The ale pours a clear orange with a white pad of foam that holds firm before dissolving down to leave some nice sticky lacing.

Aroma

The aroma is bright with a scent of citrus.

Flavors

The palate is juicy with citrus and tropical fruit flavors of kiwi and pineapple; finishing dryly with cracked pepper. Combined with a low malt profile, a trio of hops gives this brew plenty of bite.

The feel is modest in body but amply carbonated.

Overall

Overall, the Sunshine City IPA is a refreshing brew that’s a near-perfect remedy for the Florida heat.
