The Straffe Hendrik Quadrupel (also known as Straffe Hendrik Bruges Quadrupel Ale 11°) is a Quadrupel brewed by Brouwerij De Halve Maan. For the purposes of this review, the quad was served in a snifter from bottle.

Appearance

The ale pours a mahogany hue and is topped by a thick, foamy, cream-colored head.

Aroma

The aroma is spicy, slightly sweet and roasted.
