Flavor

The palate is tart and mildly funky with a lemon and Brettanomyces. Finishes with a gentle bite of hops.

Mouthfeel

Its feel is crisp and dry with a body that’s light and effervescent.

Overall

So much flavor packed into a surprisingly low ABV could make this a great session ale. Regardless of when you choose to drink it, Prairie-vous Français is a very satisfying beer.
