Namaste White is a Belgian-style Witbier brewed by Dogfish Head Craft Brewery, and for the purposes of this craft beer review, the ale was served in a snifter from a 12 oz. bottle.

What You Need to Know
The Namaste White features dried organic orange slices, fresh-cut lemongrass, peppercorns and coriander. So how was it? Let’s get to the review.
Appearance
The ale pours a hazy straw with a thin head of white froth that disappears almost immediately.
Aroma
The aroma is tart with lemon and spicy peppercorns.
Flavor
Its bright citrus flavor is set against spices of coriander and pepper; brought together with a base of wheat and yeast.

Mouthfeel
Its feel is light and smooth with ample carbonation.
Overall
The Namaste White makes for a fantastic thirst-quencher on a hot summer day or at any other time of year. And if you like your Witbiers pumped with spice, this one is sure to please.

The Namaste White was originally brewed as a tribute to the Belgian 3 Fonteinen Brewery when their business hit a major setback in 2009.
