Devil’s Triangle is an American IPA brewed by Florida Beer Company, and for the purposes of this craft beer review, was served in a tulip pint glass from a bottle.

Appearance

Pours a clear copper with a thick off-white head that offers modest retention.

aroma

The aroma consists of sweet malt and floral hops.

Flavor

Biscuit malt flavor leads the palate. Columbus, Warrior, Centennial, and Cascade hops abruptly take over with grapefruit and pine flavors before imparting a lasting herbal taste on the tongue.

Mouthfeel

Crisp mouthfeel has a medium body and moderate carbonation.

Overall

Devil’s Triangle balance leans decidedly hoppy in this bitter but solid IPA.
