Flavor

The tasting is bitter throughout with grassy and floral hops brightened by a lemon citrus. A light taste of malt ties the palate together.

Mouthfeel

Its body has is medium-light with moderately-high carbonation. The feel is dry throughout and finishes somewhat astringent.

Overall

Its appearance is superb. Its aroma is fine and its feel is spot on. And though its hop flavor runs a little high the Cerveza Artesanal BM represents the style nicely. Should you happen to dine at the Bodegas Mezquita restaurant, be sure to give this brew a try.
