Blah Blah Blah IPA is an American Double IPA brewed by 21st Amendment Brewery, and for the purposes of this craft beer review, the ale was served in a shaker pint glass from a 12 oz. can.
Appearance
Pours a cloudy orange with an inch-thick cap of cream-colored foam that persists briefly.
Aroma
The aroma is faint but pleasant with notes of citrus, pine, and biscuit.
Flavor
The palate follows the nose, balanced with caramel and citrus. Finishes with a lingering bite of grapefruit and herbal hops.
Mouthfeel
Mouthfeel has a medium body and moderate carbonation.
Overall
The Blah Blah Blah IPA is loaded with heaps of malt in what is a balanced brew. The palate and aroma are somewhat muted but acceptable. A high ABV is masked nicely.
