What You Need to Know
The Bimini Twist IPA has a lofty IBU count and offers intense citrus and floral hop flavor and aroma. So how was it? Let’s get to the review.
Appearance
The IPA pours a cloudy copper and is topped by an inch-thick cap of ivory-white foam that shows fair retention. Patches of sticky lace cling to the sides following the head’s reduction.
Aroma
The aroma is predominantly floral and piney with sweet notes of caramel and biscuit.
Flavor
The palate follows the nose with a taste of floral and piney hops with grapefruit citrus. The tasting is balanced by a flavor of caramel and biscuit malt.

Mouthfeel
Its feel is slick with a medium body and moderate carbonation.
Overall
