Ye Olde Brothers Brewery
Ye Olde Brothers Brewery is a family-friendly restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere. Serving delicious smoked meats, brick-oven pizzas baked in the old world tradition, wines and a variety of craft beers brewed locally and throughout the world.
Larry and Jerry Rolison founded Ye Olde Brothers Brewery in March 2015 to offer Northwest Florida a unique destination for great fare, family atmosphere, and a one of a kind craft brewery experience.
We feature one of the only wood-fired brick ovens in the area giving our pizzas a distinctive taste and quality and are proud to be the first brewery in Santa Rosa County, Florida.
Ye Olde Brothers Brewery combines southern hospitality and small town charm. Celebrate life around the table enjoying dinner with family and friends or rocking away the hours on the front porch with one of our locally brewed, hand-crafted beers. Sit around the bar and have a chat with our proprietors, Jerry Rolison and Larry Rolison.
We offer seasonal specials with our own craft brewed beer and select bottled craft beers, as well as our off menu specials. Complementing our year-round beer selections, our seasonal brews are crafted to suit the season.
We offer weekly specials and have a newly updated menu, as well as craft bottled beers from around the world and United States, in addition to our 4 in house craft brews, brewed in a state of the art brewing facility on site, and often offer one or more special seasonal brews.

Proud to Support Independent Craft Brewers
For years, small and independent U.S. craft breweries have been turning the beer world upside down. Their ability to take risks, innovate flavors and build better communities has made the U.S. the craft beer capital of the world.
To proudly display that independent spirit, the Brewers Association created a symbol to unify U.S. craft breweries and those who want to support them. This certified mark gives beer lovers an easy way to identify independent craft beer.
