Hop Valley Brewing Company

Founded in 2009, Hop Valley Brewing is best known for bitter brews like Alphadelic IPA, Citrus Mistress IPA and Alpha Centauri Binary IPA. The company has grown considerably since embarking on a significant brewery expansion in 2013, when it produced just 6,700 barrels.
After moving production from its comparatively tiny 15 bbl brewpub in Springfield, Oregon to a new 60 bbl brewhouse in Eugene, Oregon, Hop Valley grew production to 38,500 bbls in 2015, according to Brewers Association records.
Eugene Taproom
The Tasting room at Hop Valley Eugene serves up a warm, relaxed environment where you can enjoy the company of your friends, family, and one or more of our 25ish beers on tap.
Have a little snack. Watch a game on our manly giant TV. When the weather’s fine, bring your furry four legged friends and hang out on our patio.
When, or if, you are ready to go home, we can even fill a growler for you so you can head home with you a bit of the Hop Valley. We are extremely tasteful, generally well mannered and don’t cause a lot of trouble if consumed in moderation.

Greater than 25% Ownership by MillerCoors.

Proud to Support Independent Craft Brewers
For years, small and independent U.S. craft breweries have been turning the beer world upside down. Their ability to take risks, innovate flavors and build better communities has made the U.S. the craft beer capital of the world.
To proudly display that independent spirit, the Brewers Association created a symbol to unify U.S. craft breweries and those who want to support them. This certified mark gives beer lovers an easy way to identify independent craft beer.
