Falling Knife Brewing Company
Falling Knife Brewing Company is a craft brewery in Northeast Minneapolis dedicated to providing world-class beers and service to our guests, value to our partners, and purpose to our co-workers.
Falling Knife Brewing Company started in the music venues of the Twin Cities. Recognizing a shared love of music, basketball, and of course, beer, Andy, Tom, and Dan moved from serious conversations amongst friends to a brewery-in-planning in the summer of 2017. After looking at several locations, the ownership team fell in love with the Mid-City neighborhood. Construction on the new space started in late 2018, and we opened our doors in summer 2019.
At Falling Knife Brewing Company, we’re willing to take a risk. Even if it means we take a few cuts along the way. We currently service our taproom and select keg accounts with packaged beer shortly forthcoming.
Falling Knife Brewing Company’s 149-person taproom is located in Northeast Minneapolis at 783 Harding St NE. Come enjoy our beers within sight of where it was made on our 20-barrel brewhouse and collection of fermenters.
Our full-service 149-person taproom serves a wide variety of beer styles from 16 taps in a unique and relaxing space.
The taproom features full table service so you don’t have to jump back in line as soon as you order your beer. The front room is a relaxing place to meet with friends or belly up to the bar and drink a few pints of Falling Knife beer. If you’re interested in a little more engaged taproom experience, crossover into the back taproom, where you’ll note the curated CD jukebox, TVs and pinball alley. Did we mention the back room can be rented out for groups up to 50?
