Eastlake Craft Brewery
Since opening in 2014, Eastlake Craft Brewery has become a landmark hangout at Midtown, turning a five-stall corner location that was once a jeweler into one of south Minneapolis’ few craft beer destinations. In the years since, far more breweries have appeared south of Elliot Park, and Eastlake isn’t even the only market brewery in the Twin Cities anymore.
Eastlake is not the brewery that gets people lined up for limited releases. Our seven-barrel system makes us one of the smallest breweries in Minnesota — and thus, hype doesn’t do much good. But one thing is undeniable is about Eastlake: we never quite get the credit we deserve.
At Eastlake, we strive to give back to our neighbors by supporting local community-based nonprofits that align with our values and interests. Eastlake Booster Club is our charitable giving project. If we can lend a hand by hosting a fundraising event at the taproom, providing gifts for a silent auction, or amassing a team of volunteers, we are here to give a boost.
Our location in a corner of the Midtown Global Market offers a multitude of diverse food options — the largest taproom food menu in Minnesota. Whether you’re in the mood for a vegan kati roll, a camel burger, sushi, pad thai, falafel, a cheesesteak torta, or a custom slice of pizza — if you can think it, you can probably eat it at the bar. Just grab your food and bring it in to the taproom. Or, order from your choice of six restaurants right at the bar, and your food will be delivered straight to you, all day long.
And, after the market closes in the evening, Manny’s Tortas and Taco Cat stay open late to put food in your belly! Enter on Lake Street.
Lots of bike racks year round and a summer Nice Ride station out front!
We always recommend cycling or walking. If you park, there are meters on Lake Street. There is a parking ramp on 10th Ave, and more meters in a surface lot on Elliot Ave. There is typically ample parking in the neighborhood or on Lake Street.
We have a dog-friendly patio with fresh cool water in a dispenser. Minneapolis health code requires animals to stay outside of the Midtown Global Market.

Proud to Support Independent Craft Brewers
For years, small and independent U.S. craft breweries have been turning the beer world upside down. Their ability to take risks, innovate flavors and build better communities has made the U.S. the craft beer capital of the world.
To proudly display that independent spirit, the Brewers Association created a symbol to unify U.S. craft breweries and those who want to support them. This certified mark gives beer lovers an easy way to identify independent craft beer.
