Deschutes Brewery

Deschutes Brewery, family and employee owned since 1988, is one of the quintessential breweries of the Pacific Northwest.
Founded on the guiding principles of true craftsmanship, ultimate quality and extraordinary consumer experience, Deschutes Brewery is recognized for defining beers such as Black Butte Porter, Mirror Pond Pale Ale, Fresh Squeezed IPA and the non-stop release of pioneering small batch experimental and barrel-aged beers.
Deschutes’ beers can be found at its brewpubs in Bend and Portland, Oregon, tasting rooms in Bend, and Roanoke, Virginia. Their beers can also be found in 32 states across the U.S., and in Washington, D.C.
Deschutes Brewery & Tasting Room
Deschutes Brewery overlooks the wild and scenic Deschutes River in beautiful Bend, Oregon, home base to our adventurous, award-winning lineup of pioneering beers. You’re welcome to drop in, sample our beers, and meet the beer-obsessed folks who tend them.
Come and enjoy some damn tasty beer straight from the source. If you love one of our beers and want to fill up a growler (or Crowler), we’ve got you covered as well. Looking for some swag? We have a great selection of Deschutes Brewery gear that can only be found here. Come see firsthand how we craft beer worth sharing.
Bend Public House
Our original Public House has been a vibrant fixture of the downtown Bend, Oregon scene since 1988. Not only were our very first beers brewed here – think Black Butte Porter and Jubelale – but we quickly became a gathering spot for locals and visitors alike. While the beer speaks for itself through a total of 19 taps, our chefs also put the same quality and hand-crafted excellence into the cuisine. Our beer-centric menu features fresh ingredients, many sourced from local farmers, foragers and ranchers with whom the team has built strong relationships over the years. Most menu items are hand-crafted from scratch whenever possible, and several items are made with spent grain from the brewing process. Come visit us at Bend’s original brew pub and see where it all began.
Portland Public House
Fusing a distinct Northwest and classic Scottish Pub feel, this Pearl District destination has become a convivial gathering spot of beer and food lovers since its 2008 opening. The brew pub’s 26 taps feature Deschutes mainstays plus a selection of seasonal and experimental beers developed and brewed on site exclusively for the Portland pub by brewer Jake Harper. Executive Chef Jill Ramseier heads the kitchen team, crafting classic pub food taken to the next level. Jill matches our brewer’s passion, creating dishes from scratch with the best possible local ingredients.
PDX Airport Hub
Want to bring some of your new favorite beer home to family and friends? Can’t get enough of the brewery pretzel? Already homesick and need a pint of Fresh Squeezed IPA before you head to Bali? Forgot to grab a t-shirt for the SO?
The Deschutes Brewery Portland International Airport Public House is prepared to satisfy all your pre- and post-flight cravings. We have partnered with SSP America, a leading operator of food and beverage brands in locations worldwide, to create a unique oasis for travelers to experience Deschutes Brewery in the airport. Finding the Pub in Concourse D will not be hard….deciding what to drink and eat will be another matter! The airport pub features 15 taps of signature Deschutes Brewery’s beers, including our very own cider, a full bar, and an original menu (including breakfast until 10 AM!) designed by chefs from Deschutes Brewery and SSP America. Be sure to grab a few great gift items for yourself or others. Spending a little extra time at the airport just got a whole lot better!
Roanoke Tasting Room
We are excited to share our craft beer with local fans in historic downtown Roanoke. Whether you’re biking through town or coming from an Appalachian Trail adventure, our tasting room is a great stop to experience great beer and great conversation.
We have Deschutes Brewery souvenirs for purchase, regional-sourced snacks, and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Look forward to having you all experience our newest space!
Brewing damn tasty beer, bringing people together and being good to the planet, that’s Deschutes. For more information, visit Deschutes Brewery or use the beer finder to find a Deschutes beer near you.
