Blue Spruce Brewing
Founded in 2012 in Centennial, Colorado, Blue Spruce Brewing is a locally-owned brewpub that features our own custom craft beers and proudly serves beer from our partnering Colorado breweries. We are also proud to serve Mazatla style dishes. We invite you to tour our site and discover the Blue Spruce experience, menu and beers.
Our newly remodeled dining room and welcoming atmosphere offer a Colorado dining experience. On our menu you will find a unique mix of classic pub dishes and Mexican food specialties that are guaranteed to please even the most discerning palate.
Blue Spruce Brewing offers a selection of appetizers, fresh salads, fresh burgers, gourmet sausages and fresh delightful entrees to satisfy every taste, including fresh seasonal dishes. We offer beers to accommodate every meal, and would be happy to make a recommendation for you. And of course, don’t forget to check out our selection of mouth-watering desserts.
Centennial Taproom
Our original location is located in Centennial, Colorado. Blue Spruce Brewing Company began as a locally owned brewpub that features our own custom craft beers, and proudly serves beer from our partnering Colorado breweries, in addition to wines and spirits. We are excited to be a brewpub, which means we can serve both our on-site brewed beers and offer a full kitchen menu to our patrons. We invite you to tour our site and discover the Blue Spruce Brewing experience, menu, and beers.
Littleton Taproom
Our newest brewery, Blue Spruce Brewing – Littleton, Taproom & Kitchen, opened on February 2, 2018. This facility has a taproom vibe and an industrial feel, but we incorporated our own custom kitchen. Our unique brewery features a 40-tap bar, original kitchen, game room, including dart lanes, pool tables, pinball, video games, foosball, and 6 TVs.
Because we serve food there are no dogs allowed inside the brewery, however, we welcome them on our patio. In addition, we do not allow outside food or beverages in our brewery.
Blue Spruce Brewing is an independent craft brewer.
