Beer Lab HI was founded in 2015 and opened a tasting room in Honolulu, Hawaii in 2016. The brewery is built on the concept of constant change, experimentation and small batch brews to ensure that beer lovers have a memorable experience on every visit. Our 7 bbl system allows us to create unique brews with varying malt bills, hop profiles and specialty ingredients. The possibilities are endless. Come join us on our journey!

History
When Kevin, a triathlon enthusiast, was sidelined by an injury, he used his time off from training to pick up a new hobby—home brewing. His Pearl Harbor buddies and fellow craft beer enthusiasts Nick and Derek were always happy to taste test a Saturday afternoon pint, and soon the three friends dreamed of opening a brewery together. Nick returned from a visit to Dogfish Head Brewery convinced that they could make it work, and the rest is history.
