Beat Culture Brewery & Kitchen
Beat Culture Brewery & Kitchen is a locally-owned and sourced, small batch craft brewery that seeks to redefine a one-of-a-kind experience by focusing on “all things fermentable” and creative seasonal food all in a comfortable environment. In our brewhouse, we craft traditional beer styles ranging from hoppy, fruity, barrel-aged creations, and addition to honey wine. While in our kitchen, we create breakfast, lunch and dinner offerings resulting from a fusion of local cultures.
Small batches over mass production. Local over imported… while maintaining our sense of responsibility to our community and environment.
Beat Culture is home to a five-barrel brewhouse, a barrel-aging room, and an in-house restaurant known as 3rd Heritage Kitchen serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The menu, curated by Jr’s Gourmet Burgers founder Jesus de la Torre Jr. will go beyond Torre’s well-known burgers to provide a constantly rotating menu based on seasonality.
Beat Culture’s design — think 1930s and ’40s Americana — embraces retro inspiration while also giving the brewery a modern touch.
Beat Culture Brewery & Kitchen is an independent craft brewer.

Proud to Support Independent Craft Brewers
For years, small and independent U.S. craft breweries have been turning the beer world upside down. Their ability to take risks, innovate flavors and build better communities has made the U.S. the craft beer capital of the world.
To proudly display that independent spirit, the Brewers Association created a symbol to unify U.S. craft breweries and those who want to support them. This certified mark gives beer lovers an easy way to identify independent craft beer.
